Marco Perego

Painting and sculpture in Italy first, then a shift into film with his 2023 directorial debut Pio premiering at the Venice Film Festival, all built by hands trained to work with physical material rather than abstraction. Marco Perego carries five planets in Taurus at once, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Chiron, an extreme concentration that leaves almost no part of his orientation untouched by Taurus's pull toward durable, sensory craft.

Mercury sharing that cluster gives the speaking voice its slow, deliberate quality, especially visible in English, his second language, where the careful pacing shows even more plainly than it would in Italian.

Venus and Mars both sit in that same Taurus grouping, loving and driving through physical creation and shared sensory experience rather than abstraction or spectacle. The marriage to Zoë Saldaña in 2013, unusually free of public drama for a relationship at that level of visibility, and his choice to legally take her name as Marco Perego Saldaña, both read like this Venus and Mars treating the marriage itself as something built and maintained rather than simply declared.

Chiron completes the stellium, carrying an old wound around personal worth and value. He built a career as a working artist in Italy without any celebrity backing behind him, moving across the line between fine art and entertainment without fully abandoning either side of it.

Jupiter and Saturn sit together in Libra, giving structure and discipline to how he handles partnership itself. He's spoken about supporting Saldaña's career as the primary professional focus during their first decade together while still keeping his own art practice alive underneath it.

There's simply no documented birth hour for him anywhere on the public record, which strips the Ascendant, houses, and any reliable Moon reading out of this account. Uranus sits in Scorpio, a generational placement adding a layer of disruption around shared resources within the marriage itself.
