Here identity lives in the mind and the daily exchange ... the self is expressed through words, ideas, and the constant traffic of the immediate world. Vitality comes from learning, talking, connecting, making sense of things out loud. The presence is curious and quick, most alive mid conversation. The work is letting some of that mental motion settle ... trusting there is a self underneath the running commentary, one that does not have to keep talking to know it is there.
