Travis Barker

In September 2008, a Learjet carrying Travis Barker crashed on takeoff in South Carolina. Four people died, including his assistant and his security guard. Barker and the DJ Adam Goldstein were the only survivors. Barker suffered severe burns over much of his body and went through more than a dozen surgeries. Afterward he refused to fly for thirteen years, touring by bus and boat, until he boarded a plane again in 2021 with Kourtney Kardashian.
