Halle Berry

When Halle Berry was named best actress at the Oscars in 2002, for Monster's Ball, she sobbed through her speech, naming Dorothy Dandridge, Lena Horne and Diahann Carroll and dedicating the award to "every nameless, faceless woman of color that now has a chance because this door tonight has been opened." She was the first Black woman to win the award, and for more than two decades afterward she remained the only one.

She was born on August 14, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio, at 11:59 at night, one minute before midnight, the time she has given herself. Her Sun, Moon and Mercury are all in Leo, in her fourth house, the sector of family and childhood.
