Conjunction
The conjunction is the most powerful aspect in astrology ... and also the most difficult to see clearly from the inside. When two planets occupy the same degree of the zodiac (or within about 8° of each other), their energies fuse. They stop being two separate forces and begin operating as one. The result is concentration and amplification ... whatever those planets represent becomes louder, more central to the personality, and harder to separate into component parts.
A conjunction is neither inherently harmonious nor challenging ... it depends entirely on which planets are involved.
